Nita Laad is a Bay Area tech leader, entrepreneur, and founder of Nexia AI, a company redefining how product teams work through applied AI. With over 20 years of experience spanning engineering, product management, go-to-market, and strategy, she has led teams across Fortune 100 companies and high-growth startups, including Cisco, HP, and FireEye. Born and raised in Goa, India, Nita holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in computer engineering and began her career building large-scale enterprise products at Cisco. Her work is driven by a belief that technology should amplify human potential, not replace it. Today, she focuses on shaping the future of human-plus-AI collaboration by delivering measurable outcomes for modern product organizations.
