Leo Wang is Vice President of Capital Markets and Corporate Development at Canaan Inc., where he leads investor relations, capital markets strategy, and strategic transactions for the publicly listed Bitcoin ASIC manufacturer. He has built and scaled IR programs across growth and cyclical businesses, expanding sell-side coverage and institutional ownership across U.S. and APAC markets. Trained as a transactional lawyer, Leo holds degrees from Columbia University and Peking University and brings a global, execution-driven perspective shaped by operating in North America and Asia.
