Chen Kupperman is the founder and CEO of Blend, an NGO dedicated to fostering social cohesion through immersive Hebrew–Arabic education across Israel and the Middle East. A polyglot fluent in Hebrew, Arabic, and English (with working knowledge of Hindi, Mandarin, and French), he has designed and scaled innovative language-and-culture programs that “dry the swamps” of misunderstanding. Under his leadership, Blend’s 55-member team advises diplomats, business leaders, and community organizations on meaningful cross-cultural engagement—empowering generations to build peace through dialogue.
