Sarah Pomeranz is the founder and CEO of Consultants for Impact, a global network helping consultants transition into social impact and public service careers. A former Accenture strategy consultant, Sarah discovered during the pandemic that many in her field sought deeper meaning beyond corporate success. Driven by that realization, she built a community that now includes over 2,000 consultants worldwide, many of whom have gone on to lead nonprofits, foundations, and government initiatives. Before founding her organization, Sarah co-created a patented social venture addressing clean water access in India, reflecting her lifelong dedication to solving complex global challenges.
