Erin Pash is the founder and CEO of PashCo and a pioneering mental health leader who translates complex psychological concepts into practical tools for everyday wellbeing. A licensed marriage and family therapist, author, and speaker, she first made her mark as the founder and former CEO of Ellie Mental Health, which she scaled from a single clinic into a nationwide network of hundreds of locations across more than 40 states. Her work centers on making mental health care more accessible, less stigmatized, and deeply human, especially for vulnerable adults, kids, and families. Through PashCo, Erin now incubates innovative, tech-enabled and in-person solutions that advance social and relational health. She also serves on multiple nonprofit boards, mentors founders, and hosts the Platonic Lovers podcast, bringing humor, heart, and strategic vision to every room she enters.
